Hi,

The CSS Opacity(for blur background) property gets rendered by EO.Web controls for all other browsers except IE-10 and IE-11.
Please help to resolve the issue for IE-10 and IE-11

Thanks,

Hi,

Can you provide a test page to demonstrate the problem?

Thanks!

Hi,

Currently i am using EO.Web(Version 10.0.36.2). Please refer the test page. The background appears grey and no other next is visible in the background.

Also let me know if there is any other solution other than upgrading EO.Web version.

Thanks.

Hi,

You will need to update your EO.Web version in such cases. What happens is browser keeps updating and its not uncommon that they break a few things here and there with every new release. As a result, we have to constantly update our code in order to support the latest browser. This happens with IE as well as with all other major browsers, which update even much more frequently. In case you have an older version that does not support the newer browsers, you will need to upgrade your version in order to use it with the new browsers.

Thanks!

Hi,

Do we need to repurchase the suite for upgrading the version. Or you provide any free updates for already purchased suite for EO.Web?

Thanks.

Hi,

It would depends on the version you purchased. We offer free upgrade for one year and upgrade discounts for the past three versions if you are beyond one year. The current version is EO.Web Controls 2013, so we have upgrade discount for EO.Web Controls 2012, 2011 and 2010. The older your version is, the less the upgrade discount. If your previous order is older than 2010, then there is no upgrade discount and you will need to repurchase the suite. If you can PM us with your order number, we will be able to look it up and tell you exactly how much the upgrade will cost.

Thanks!

Thanks.

Hi,

We can not locate any order based on your email address. So you have to tell us your order number in order for us to tell you upgrade cost since the upgrade cost is related to your previous order. You can send a private message to us with the order number.

Thanks!
