How secure is the online order process?
All our online orders are processed by Google Checkout or PayPal (which you can
choose during the checkout process). Both providers guarantee:
- Your account information is stored on their secure servers;
- All sensitive information is sent over on a industry-standard SSL (secure socket
layer) connection thus can not be viewed by any third parties, not even us;
- Google or PayPal do not share you financial information, such as credit card number,
bank account number with any one, not even with us;
When an order is completed, Google/PayPal forward information that is necessary
for us to process the order on our side to us. This information includes your name,
address, email (which will be used to deliver the license key) and general order
related information such as item ordered, order time, etc. We do not share this
information with any third parties.
How is the product delivered?
Once you complete the order, our system will automatically email the license key
link to the email address you used during checkout. Thus it is important for you
to use a real email address.
Once you have the license link, you can follow the link to retrieve the license
key. You will need to create an account if you have not already done so (note this
account is not to be confused with your Google Checkout/PayPal account). Having
an account allows you to easily track multiple orders or manage upgrades.
There is no physical shipment for the order.
Note: If you do not receive the license information after
24 hours of placing an online order, please contact us using the support forum, as it is most likely
that the email we sent to you was being incorrectly filtered out by your spam filter.
How can I place a purchase order?
We accept purchase orders from well established companies. To place a purchase order,
please contact us and provides information related
to the order, such as your contact information, item to be ordered, etc. We will
reply as soon as possible. You can also fax the PO to the fax number listed on our
contact page.
How can I cancel my order?
Please refer our return policy for details about
canceling an order.
Can I upgrade to a newer version later? What's the upgrade cost?
A free one year version upgrade is included with all orders. Within the free upgrade
period, you can receive newer version of your existing controls for free. The free
version upgrade does not cover new controls introduced in the new version.
If you wish to use the new controls, you can place an upgrade order. We offer deep
discount to existing customers for upgrade orders. The amount of discount is based
on the release you purchased and the original price of your order. The current discount

For example, if you previously have ordered version 3.x for $300 and the current
release is 4.x (2007.1), you will be able to have a discount that is 70% of your
previous order amount, which is $210. That gives you a final price of $90.
How is the product supported?
We constantly post update builds that includes bug fixes and feature improvements.
You can subscribe to our
announcements forum to receive email notifications when a new build is available.
If you have any questions regarding the product, you can post it in the
product support forum. The forum is moderated by us and usually we will
answer your questions within a few hours, if not sooner.
Because of the technical nature of our product, it's very difficult to troubleshoot
an issue over the phone. As such we do not offer phone support. Most of the time
for problems that are not obvious, we would need to see your code in order to identify
the root cause. Thus posting in the forum is a much more effective way to get issue
resolved. We can also schedule online meeting if it is necessary for you to demonstrate
the problem to us.
Will the license key expire? Are there any other fees after the purchase?
No. The license key works forever for the version you purchased. Support is also
free for one year (which should be more than sufficient for you to be familiar with
our product). So there are no other fees after the purchase.
