Why can't I find a phone number on your website?
Because our product is primarily for programmers, it is very difficult to provide
effective technical support over the phone. Many coding and technical details and
information that may be needed to troubleshoot the problem, such as files, images
and Url links, simply can not be effectively exchanged over the phone. Based on
that reason, we do not provide technical support over the phone.
Another reason that we do not provide a phone number is to avoid giving our customers
the false impression of any problem can be solved right away by picking up the phone
to call us. For most technical problems, it takes time to troubleshoot. Very often
we need to debug into the code to find out what is going on. In another word, troubleshooting
takes time. Since support over the phone is much less effective than other methods
we use, it actually unnecessary slows down the whole troubleshooting process.
Please be rest assured that we will still do our best to accommodate your situation
should a real emergency occurs. There are many ways to contact us even without a
phone number. You can contact us through the support forum, through email or fax.
