We know that you care how information about you is used and shared, and we appreciate

only the information necessary to communicate with our customers about the Essential
Objects products they are interested in, and/or the information required to process
the sale of one of our products. We do not collect any other information, nor share
any of the information we collect with any third party.
INFORMATION COLLECTION
Essential Objects attempts to have reasonable measures in place to assure the anonymity
of visitors to our web site. To maintain and improve site quality and integrity,
IP addresses are logged (the Internet Protocol addresses of computers). This log
is a standard method of reporting to statistically find out which parts of our web
site are visited and how long visitors spend there. We also log the type of browser
and operating system you are using. We do not link IP addresses to personally identifiable
information.
PERSONAL INFORMATION COLLECTED DURING THE DOWNLOAD OF TRIAL SOFTWARE
Essential Objects does not collect personal information when you visit our website
web sites unless you choose to provide such personal information when you download
one of our products for evaluation.
The personal information will be used for us to contact you regarding the product
you are accessing and other Essential Objects products you may be interested in
- you can choose not to provide such information. At no time will your personal
information be sold, rented, or revealed in any way to a third party. We will not
use the information you provide to us for any purpose other than to communicate
with you about our products in the most efficient way possible.
PERSONAL INFORMATION COLLECTED DURING THE PURCHASE OF OUR PRODUCTS
When you purchase one of our products via our payment service provider, we ask for
the standard and necessary information required to identify you and process the
transaction. This includes information about you, and information about the product
you are purchasing.
At present, the information collected during the purchase process includes your
full name, address, telephone number, company name, e-mail address, IP address,
the purchase date and time. Payment information including credit card information
(type, number, expiry date) used to authorize the transaction is processed by our
payment service provider and we do not have any access to such information.
When you purchase one of our products, we automatically add your name and e-mail
address to our database of customers in order to communicate with you in the future
about the product you have purchased (including updates, fixes, enhancements and
other information), and other Essential Objects products that you may be interested
in.
At no time will your personal information be sold, rented, or revealed in any way
to a third party. We will not use the information you provide to us for any purpose
other than to communicate with you about our products in the most efficient way
possible.
