This build includes the following fixes/improvements:

1. Fixed cross frame sub menu may misaligned with its parent item problem;
2. Enhanced Menu to automatically search CustomItem in the whole page instead of only in the current naming container;
3. Fixed a bug that would allow Grid.SelectedItemIndex and Grid.SelectedColIndex to accept out of range values and subsequently causing a crash;
4. Fixed a bug where Grid would display one more row than set page row count;
5. Fixed a bug where Grid would leave a small gap after last column when ScrollBars is set to "Vertical";
6. Fixed a bug where the Grid would crash if AllowNewItem is true and user checks a CheckBoxColumn in the last (newly added) row and then posts back;
7. Fixed a bug where a Grid's DateTimeColumn would ignore MaxValidDate and MinValidateDate set on the column's DatePicker object;
8. Fixed a bug where Grid was not able to correctly track new selected item after the old selected item has been deleted;
9. Enhanced Grid to automatically scroll the currently focused column into view when user moves focus with tab key;
10. Fixed a bug where changing the CssText property of a Grid's style property (such as ColumnHeaderStyle) would not automatically changing other related properties (such as BackgroundImage);
11. Fixed DateTimeColumn not working correctly in Chrome problem;
12. Fixed MaskedEdit control not accepting PromptChar other than "_" problem;
13. Enhanced MaskedEdit control to automatically match one character static segment;
14. Enhanced HTML Editor to work with prototype script library;
15. Fixed a bug where HTML Editor not accepting custom tooltip;
16. Fixed several formatting issues for HTML Editor on FireFox;
17. Fixed a bug where HTML Editor would not fire ClientSideOnChange if user changes editor contents with any methods other than typing directly;
18. Fixed AJAXUploader not being able to upload file with file name containing "{" or "}" problem;
19. Added ClientSideOnFocus and ClientSideOnBlur client side event on DatePicker control;
20. Enhanced DatePicker to re-display PickerHint after date is cleared;
21. Fixed a bug where Downloader control would fail on FireFox due to not able to correctly encode downloading arguments;
22. Enhanced Dialog control to automatically switch move/arrow cursor in the header area depending on whether dialog allows to be moved;
