Hello,
We are using EO.Browser v16.1.54.0 in our application. It work perfectly in our test environment, but we got following error when we deployed our application for some customers (the error occurred in some client only)
System.Exception: Child process not ready. nWaitResult = 1

- I was disable antivirus in client, it is not help
Any guidance will be really helpful?

Hi, I updated EO browser to latest version (Version: 16.2.93.0) and Enable large address space following https://www.essentialobjects.com/doc/common/large_address_space.aspxThe issue still existed with error: Quote:EO.Internal.jl+e: Child process exited unexpectedly.

at EO.WebBrowser.WinForm.WebControl.a(Object A_0) For more information, Only two users get this issue, others work fine. All users use the same antivirus/security policy in customer environment.

I checked with users, they got the issue in every computer they login. So I think it is not a less memory or slow network drive problem.
Any guidance for me tracking problem with their account?

Hi,
This sounds like to be related to permissions. However without debugging we have no way of knowing exactly what permission fails. Is it possible for you to provide remote access to us to a test system? That way we can try to run some test on it to see if we can find out the root cause.
