Getting Fonts not embedded error during adobe preflight check Options

Hi Team,

I am doing HTML to Pdf conversion and have fonts embed enabled. When I do the preflight check in adobe I see below error messages

Page2:TimesNewRomanPS_BoldMT 10.0pt TrueType not embedded RGB(0.0/0.0/0.0) overprint: off


I see multiple error like this for TimesRoman, Helvetica, Arial .

I am not able to attach screenshots and pdf but I can send you the details if needed.

Hi,

Please send a small test project to us instead. We will need to run the conversion here to troubleshoot. See here for more details on how to send test project to us:

Also please send us the font file that you use.
