Hi,
We have a problem on integration to Oracle Service Cloud Desktop(It's a C# 32-bit Client).
We are using EO.WebBrowser to develop a custom web component for Oracle Service Cloude Desktop.
And we found that we cannot start eowp.exe by EO.WebBrowser DLL if we installed EO.Total.2018.1.15.0 or later version.
But it's workable on EO.Total.2018.1.7.0 or earlier version.
Does the eowp.exe change to 64-bit ?

Hi,
This appears to be a bug that we have recently fixed. Please download the latest build (2018.1.75) from our download page and see if it resolves the problem for you. eowp.exe is still 32 bit, but it wasn't properly signed in some builds.

Hi,
My Windows using Traditional Chinese Language.
Original error message is "BadImageFormatException: 檔案不是有效的二進位檔案: C:\Users\jacky.tseng\RightNowDev\AddIns\BrowserControl104\eowp.exe"
Translate to English is "BadImageFormatException: File is not a valid binary file: C:\Users\jacky.tseng\RightNowDev\AddIns\BrowserControl104\eowp.exe"

Can you open a command prompt, then go to that directory and type in "eowp.exe" directly from the command line and see what happens?

Hi,
When I open eowp.exe, one black windows will show and close immediately.

Go to command prompt and then run it from the command line. Don't just double click it from Windows Explorer.

OK. When I execute eowp.exe on cmmand prompt. It response "This program is a part of EO.Total.".

After upgrade to EO.Total 18.1.91 and renew license key, it's workable now. Thank you.
