Hi,
I have tested my app on windows 10 and I am using EO Web Browser (2019). When I tried to deploy my app on a Windows Server 2012 (ver 6.3.9600), the app crashed. The error popped out was "Failed to resolve function CreateDXGIFactory in dxgi.dll".
I thought it might be version issue, so I downloaded 2020 and placed the demo apps on the server to test. Tabbrowser crashed upon running. I ran EOPdfDemo and it gave the same error that I saw for my app, "Failed to resolve function CreateDXGIFactory in dxgi.dll".
Any idea how can I resolve this issue ?

Hi,
We tested on both Windows Server 2012 (version 6.2) and Windows Server 2012 R2 (version 6.3) and it works fine. DLL dxgi.dll exists on both systems and they do export function CreateDXGIFactory.
You may want to verify whether DirectX is properly installed on your system. We can also connect to your server remotely to see what we can find if that's doable on your end. In that case you can PM us RDP credentials and we will take a look.
