EO.Wpf SplitView is a container control that holds two resizable regions seperated
by a movable splitter bar. It offers a much easier to use replacement to the standard
GridSplitter control. In addition, it also offers an advanced mode which allows
user to swap child view position, change splitter orientation as well as expand/collapse
a child view.
