EO.Wpf WindowChrome allows you to replace a Window's frame with WPF elements and placing
WPF elements into a Window's title area. For example, the following screenshot shows that
a tab control is rendered into the window's title area:

The main benefit of the WindowChrome object is to place other controls into a Window's
frame area. By default, the frame area is managed by Windows thus can not be used by application;
