Release mode in vs 2015 Options

I'm using EO.WebBrowser with vs 2015.
When i compiled the project in debug mode' it is Ok.
but when I try to use release mode i get this message:

Could not load file or assembly 'CefSharp.Core.dll' or one of its dependencies. The specified module could not be found. ~~\SGEN

what i need do ?

when i change "Generate serialization assembly" to "off" the problem solved.
