Hi,
There has been optimizations but EO.WebBrowser still needs to initialize the browser engine when it starts and that still takes time. So the first time you create a WebView it will always take longer. This can be especially apparent when EO.WebEngine.dll is located on a slow network drive since the whole DLL must be loaded into the memory first
