.NET version required for client install Options

I can't find it in the documentation but what version of .NET is required for deploying to client computers?

Jetbrains dotPeek reports EO.WebBrowser.dll (18.2.74.0) as a .Net Framework 3.5 dll. My app is going to be .Net 4.5. Windows 10 does not include .Net 3.5 by default. Do I need to tell my clients to install 3.5 in order to use my app?

Hi,

EO.WebBrowser.dll is built with .NET 2.0 and it supports .NET 2.0 and above ---- I am not sure why JetBrain would report it as .NET 3.5.

Because it supports .NET 2.0 and above, it should not have any problem with .NET 4.5.
