Hi,

I am suddenly getting a situation where a web page loads in my browser, stays there momentarily, then the page goes blank. It had been working well up to about 15 minutes ago.

Any suggestions?

I tested my app by compiling it on another computer, and it worked fine there. I'm reinstalling the plugin to see if that fixes the issue.

OK... reinstalling the plugin didn't do it.

Any suggestions?

Hi,

This usually is because the WebView has been destroyed. It can either be destroyed by your code, or has crashed. So you can check that and see if you can find any clue. If you can not find any clue, please try to isolate the problem into a small test app and we will be happy to investigate further. See here for how to send test app to us:

Thanks!

What's odd is that it suddenly stopped working on one computer, but works fine on another one. I'll look at the test app idea.

Are there any error/activity Logs that will track the EO plugin activity? If so, how do I set them up in my code?

Thanks for the update. This maybe related to network. Please let us know if it happens again and you are able to identify the cause or is able to reproduce it.
