I really need some help because it keeps telling me I need to purchase a license and I have already done so, put it the license in bin folder, global asax etc, and it still fails. I think it may be that I need to download EO.Web Controls Suite (2007.2) instead of the 2008 version.

Hi,

You may need to have a different version because license file for different versions are different. Please follow the steps outlined here to check whether its indeed a version problem first:

If it is indeed a version mismatch, you have the option to get a different license file that matches your DLL version; or get a different DLL that matches your license file version. You may be able to get a newer license file for free if you are still within your free upgrade period:

If your free upgrade period has already expired, you will need to roll back to an old version. Please let us know if that's the case so that we can provide download location to old versions to you.

Thanks!
