I have been using de web controls in Delphi .Net and wanted to us it in RAD Studio but i get the error: [DCC Error] Catastrophic failure (Exception from HRESULT: 0x8000FFFF (E_UNEXPECTED))

Hi,
Check the version of your EO.Web.dll. We have two EO.Web.dll, one for ASP.NET 1.1, one for ASP.NET 2.0. BDS 2006 uses ASP.NET 1.1, while CodeGear uses ASP.NET 2.0. So when you switch from BDS 2006 to CodeGrear, you would also need to switch the DLL that you use.

Hello,
I have installed the 2.0 version. The error only occurs in RAD studio with the 2.0 DLL and not with the 1.1 version in Delphi 2006.

Hello,
I uses RAD Studio also. It appears that the 2007.2.31 version solves the "[DCC Error] Catastrophic failure (Exception from HRESULT: 0x8000FFFF (E_UNEXPECTED)) ".
But I don't know how to download this version. I can only get the 2007.2.16
