Unfortunately we do not provide free tech support on our free controls. If you already have a license for any of our product, please let us know your license ID and we will be able to provide tech support on all the controls, including any of the free controls. Otherwise you are advised to rely on existing resources, such as the documentation, samples and past forum posts to resolve the issue.
