Hi there,
I'm creating a custom tool bar. Is there any documentation for the reference imageurl's e.g. 00101011 represents bold.

Hi,

There is no association between the image and the command. You can use any image. What matters is the toolbar button's CommandName property. For example, if you set the CommandName to "Bold", then it will turn selection to bold. See here for a complete list of supported commands:
