Hi,
I am very new to asp.net and i am developing in VS2008 in VB. I have recently purchased your EO.Web Controls which i am going to use on the websites i develop. The websites will be on different urls so please can you tell me the best way to use the license i have.
I have currently copied the license into my Global.asax file in the Application_Start Sub, i am getting an error in my system tray saying "EO.Web Controls License Required" and also when my site is published i am getting a license required message at the top of the page.
Please can you tell me exactly what i need to do to stop these 2 messages from appearing.
My order/invoice number when i purchased the product was CP3Q74214VY0.
When i open the License Manager my key is registered and it says the order# is 3048892847.

Hi, Most of the time it's a version mismatch. Please try to use license file and then follow these steps to troubleshoot license: http://www.essentialobjects.com/forum/postst119_License-troubleshooting.aspxThanks!
