This build contains the following fix/improvements:

1. SpellChecker now automatically closes the dialog when done. Previously user must click "Close" button to close the dialog;
2. SpellCheckerDialog now calls ClientSideOnEnd handler if one is provided. Previously this event is ignored;
3. Implemented undeleteItem JavaScript for the Grid control.
