I have a license EO.PDF and used it to convert HTML string to PDF.
I used same function for generating the reports. It work well in some report.
But some got exception as follow even i used same format to convert.
EO.Pdf.HtmlToPdfException: Convertion failed. Failed to initialize conversion (2). ---> EO.Pdf.Internal.k0: Failed to initialize conversion (2).
at EO.Pdf.Internal.ln.a(ln A_0, a A_1)
at EO.Pdf.Internal.ln.a(hg A_0, Boolean A_1)
at EO.Pdf.Internal.ln.a(hg A_0)

Please advise!

Hi,
Please check your event viewer and see if you see any additional log entries in your event viewer. This is usually a permission issue.

Hi,
I have checked in my event viewer but there is no log entries pertaining to the issue.
Please advise if there is other ways to resolve the issue.
