Missed the annual license expire notification. How does one upgrade to subscribe for another year? Mine expired in June this year.

Hi,

If i have eoweb2013 license less then 1 year, and want to upgrade using eoweb2014, what should i do ? do i have to request a new license ? is it free? or i just download and instal the new eo web version (2014) without request new license ?

i try to download it and install, but still faild, error in global.asax : " EO.Web.Runtime.AddLicense ......"
