Hi,

Just updated to the latest version (17.0.31) and there seems to be an issue with the scrollbar rendering:

Hi,

Can you check whether the same occurs with our TabbedBrowser sample application? Also can you check if it occurs at 175%? The most our test system can go here is 175%.

Thanks!

Yes, it can be reproduced with TabbedBrowser and also with 175%.

Thank you,
Stefan

We tested here under the same condition and we are not able to reproduce it. Is it possible for you to give remote access to one of your test system so that we can investigate this further?

Thanks!

Yes, I can provide access to one of my systems. How would we do this?

It would be the best if you can give us unattended RDP access since for this kind of issue we usually will need to change our code, run some test, analyze the log, make some more changes, try it again, back and forth many times before we can get to the bottom of the issue. However if unattended RDP is not possible we can work with other common solution such as TeamViewer.

Well, I'm not able to provide unattended access right now as this are both my production machines (desktop and notebook). I'm also puzzled why you are not able to repro the issue on your side. I tried two different (Win10) systems with 200% DPI setting and both behave the same way. Did you log out and log in after switching to high DPI? I often find that Windows is confused if you don't do this...

Thanks. We are able to reproduce the issue once we logout and login again. So for now we are all good and do not need remote access to your system. We will reply again once we have an update.

Hi,

This is just to let you know that we have posted build .39 that should address this issue. Please download it from our download page and let us know how it goes.

Thanks!
