I've placed an order but did not receive the key, what to do? Options

Our system automatically sends out a notification email when an order is processed. Once you receive the email, you can log into your account to download the license key. If you do not receive the email (it may get filter out by Junk Mail filter, for example), please following the following steps:

1. Check whether the payment has been cleared. If you use Google Checkout or PayPal, you can log into your Google Checkout or PayPal account to check the order status. If you pay by credit card directly, you may wish to check with your credit card company to see if the card has already been charged;

2. Once you confirm the payment has been cleared, you can log into your account, then click "My Orders" to verify if the order status is "Processed". Please contact us if it still shows as "Pending".
