asks for license after I public web site Options

I recently decided to use the VisualStudio "publish web site" tool (as opposed to just uploading the files via FTP). The slidemenu I am using now prompts for a license. I uploaded the license file to the bin of the published website, but it didn't help. What am I doing wrong?

It mostly occurs when you have upgraded the DLL but did not get the new license file. Check here for details:
