WebControl error - Failed to initialize WebGL Options

Hi,
I am getting error - "Failed to initialize WebGL", when I use Azure Map with WebControl. Please help me asap to resolve the issue.

Hi,

What version do you use? Our older versions do not support software rendering. However it should work in the latest version. So please try the latest build from our download page to see if it works for you if you haven't done so already.
