EO.Web Controls Client Side Debug Message Options

My clients are getting this message in a pop up window in IE:

The control library wasn't able to automatically initialize correctly. Prease refer to http://www.essentialobjects.com/Go.aspx?id=1002 for instructions on how to initialize EO.Web controls manually.

Select OK to redirect to the above page automatically.

Please advice on how to get rid of this issue. I bought a licensed copy of EO.Web.

		    Just click the link in the error message to get rid of this error. :) The link clearly explained what to do.
