Hi,
What version of EO.Pdf do you use? If you use an older version that does not support AES encryption to open a file with AES encryption, then you will receive this error.

Hi,
This is just to let you know that we have posted a new build that should resolve this issue. You can download the new build from our download page. Please take a look and let us know how it goes.
Please keep in mind that your PDF file contains a digital signature. So if you resave the file, it will break the digital signature and while the file itself can still be viewed/opened correctly, the digital signature will no longer be valid.

Thanks for your quick fix, I was able to find build via Nuget and I tested that Pdf was working fine. I'll ask my company to renew our license because our license was purchased in 2017 and It can't be used on the latest build again Thanks you very much!
