Hi,
Recently we updated EO dll's (EO.Base.dll, EO.WebEngine.dll, EO.WebBrowser.dll and EO.WebBrowser.Wpf.dll) from version 20.1.88.0 to 21.1.11.0 after which the following exception is being thrown
System.Exception: A license key is provided but is not valid for this build or this product. Each version uses a different license key. Please make sure your license key version matches your DLL version. If you are testing a new version with an old license key, please remove your old license key to avoid this exception.

If we downgrade the EO dll's back to version 20.1.88.0, we are not facing this issue.

Hi,
Please check with the person who provided you the original license key and asks for an updated license key for version 2021. Each version uses a different license key, so your existing v20 license key won't work for v21. We provide free upgrade for one year with purchase, so if the original order was placed within one year, the new license key should be free.
