Hi,

We noticed a small bug on the copy / paste from a PDF.

If in a PDF opened in the webbrowser we select some text, we right click and then select the "Copy" action: the selection is not copied to the clipboard.

On the other hand, if you select text but use the Ctrl + V shortcut, it works, the selected text is copied to the clipboard.

This behavior was noted in the last version but it may be older than that.

Thank you in advance for your review.

Hi,

We have found the root of the issue. This will be fixed in our next build. We will post here again once the new build is out.

Thanks!

Hi,

We have posted a new build that fixed this issue on our end. You can download it from our download page. Please take a look and let us know how it goes.

Hi,

The Copy from the contextual menu in PDF seems to be fixed but now we can use the Copy and Paste option from the contextuel menu on inputs in an iframe.

There is no error, but the Copy and the Paste action do nothing.

Thanks.

Yes. From iframe is a known issue. Currently we only support copy when the root document is a PDF file. We will see what we can do with iframe in the future.

I don't understand you answer : it's working well in iFrame with the 21.1.43.0...

Ah...we thought both were broken. We are aware iframe not working in .85. We will double check this.

We tested build .43 with copy text from iframe and it doesn't work either.

Hi,

I don't know how you performed the test, but I can assure you that it works fine on 21.1.43.

I sent you two video files by email to show you the difference between .43 and .85

Thanks

Hi,

We have posted a new build that should this issue. Copy and paste should now work from context menu in an iframe when the document in the iframe is HTML. It is still not supported when the document in the iframe is PDF.

Thanks!
