Exhibits an issue where PDF / Excel generation stops working and a reboot is required to correct the system back to its working state. The system is able to generate both types of reports perfectly fine until it stops working. Hi,
Please try to update to the current build from our download page (22.1.42) and see if it helps. We recently just fixed an issue that can put EO.Pdf into an unrecoverable state.
Make sure you download a new license key for the 2022 version from your license key page as well. Each version uses a different license key. So your old license key will not work with the current version.
