Hi All,

I am experiencing an issue with EO WebControl (Version: 17.3.101) while loading an Angular App with Windows Authentication Enabled.

I'm hosting an Angular application on Asphostportal and have enabled Windows Authentication. When we try to access the web page in our EO WebControl, it throws an error as the following:

Page load failed. The browser encountered an error while trying to load.....

Is there anything else that I need to do? Thank you

Hi,

Please try to update to the latest build first. Your version is about 5 years old and a lot has changed in the browser engine. So you Angular application might depends on things only exists in newer browser engine thus not working properly on an old version.

If the problem still occurs with the latest build, please send us a test link or a test project that we can use the reproduce the problem here. See here for details on how to send test project to us:

Once we can see the problem here, we will see what we can find.
