Hi,
Version: EO.Total.2023.4.26.0
System: Win10 x64(10.0.19045.3393)

When the the webview engine is started, changing CustomUserAgent will not take effect, need to restart the engine to take effect.

This is correct. CustomUserAgent is a property of EngineOptions. All engine options are only used when engine starts. Changing EngineOptions after engine started has no effect.
