Failed to connect pipe server. Error code = 6 Options

We get "Failed to connect pipe server. Error code = 6" in the Runtime.Exception event:

What could be the reason for this error?

Does this occur occassionaly or all the time? Can you send the runtime logs to us (you can use contact us page) when you receive this exception? See here for more information on collecting runtime logs:
