Our organisation is using v23.4.26 eo.pdf
We've noticed some HMTL text code that is not rendering correctly into PDF
Example:
<br/>View our contact methods located on the department’s website<b>
The apostrophe in "department's" appears to be the wrong character for (it's right single quotation mark instead of an apostrophe). We will change that.
However, the right single quotation mark [ ’ ] get's displayed as: ’s
Is this a bug in the software?
Works: Unicode U+0027 ' Apostrophe 0008
Doesn't work: Unicode U+2019 ’ Right single quotation mark 0908

Hi, Can you try the latest build and see if it works for you? We have just fixed an issue that might be the same issue. If the issue still occurs with the latest build, please try to isolate the problem into a test project and send the test project to us: https://www.essentialobjects.com/forum/test_project.aspxOnce we have that we will look into it immediately. thank you. We'll try to get our dev to install the latest version and run a test and I will report back. Might not be straight away as we're in a government department and things can be slow... :)
