Hi I have error using the old version (EO Web Browser)version 19.1.81.0 which is not working in the 64 bit applications suddenly.
So as per the suggestion I download the latest version of EO Web Browser. and it is working now.
I am unable to use the same License number for the old version. OR Do I need to download a new License?
if yes, please guide me the procedures

Hi,
Most likely you will need to purchase a new license. When you purchase our product, you would receive free upgrade for one year. After one year you can optionally renew your maintenance subscription in order to continue receiving newer versions. If you have originally purchased v19, then you should be able to receive some v20 builds for free. Afterwards if you have renewed your maintenance subscription, then you can continue receive newer versions up until when your maintenance subscription expires. If you have never renewed or only renewed for some years, then you may need a new license or renew your maintenance up to date in order to use the current version. If you can email or PM us with your old order information (order number or license key), we can double check it for you to see exactly what options are available to you.
