Failed to start image manager after upgrade to 26.0.34.0 Options

We have a c# application using EO to open a webpage. We were using 20.0.33.0 and are trying to upgrade to 26.0.34.0. I changed the license key to our new key, removed the references to the old EO.Base, EO.WebBrowser, EO.WebBrowser.WinForm and EO.WebEngine and added references to the new version of each. Now when I run the application, I get "Failed to start image manager". I have tried enabling EOWP, but I get the same error.

Can you try to collect the runtime log and send the log to us? See here for more details:
