Grid looks good!
However I have some problems with paging...
When grid is in CallBack mode, the last page is shown incorrectly - if number of rows on it is less than PageSize, it will show last rows from the previous page.
I've just tried to review this problem on your live demo (Grid/Features/Callback Running Mode) and failed since it shows only 20*15=300 records (however demo.mdb contains 302 records), so, the last page with 2 records is not available at all!
I am also confused with sorting on live demo when paging: tried to sort by "Posted By" column, pressed link to page 2 and found that data is not sorted on page 2.
Can you please review this bug and fix the live demo?

I've just tested and grid works perfectly in Callback mode.
