I'm trying to display a Dialog using a HyperLink within a GridView (not your Grid) using QueryString. When the Dialog appears it should show the detail items from the selected record.

I'm trying to modify the code in your examples ("function Search" witch uses "setContentUrl") but I can't get it to work.

Hi,

We can't help you just based on the information of "can't get it to work". :) Can you tell us what you did, how you expect it to work each step and which step didn't work as you expected? In another word, we need very specific and detailed information about what's not working for you.
