Greetings,
I am having to re-install due to a hard drive crash.
- I found my original licence email from 2007 (I am the backup king!)
- I downloaded the webcontrol EOWeb_2007_2_Setup.exe and ran it.
- Using VS2008, I have no config ability in the menu control
- I tried to re-download my licence key from My Account > My Orders, but it tells me that this key is already linked to an account.
AAAARRRRRRRRRRRGGGGGGGGGGHHHHH
Any suggestions?

That's normal when your previously used another account to link the license key. Please send a private message to us with the license link and we should be able to find out to which account it is linked to.
