license update, and how to install license Options

We at 1Degree have a license for the tabstrip control on multiple websites. We have not installed the license at this point.

We would like to change the license from the tabstrip control to the dialog box.

I understand the xml involved in a license file, and where the license file should go. Is the license file the xml resides in something we create (e.g., a text file) or is it something we download from EO?

Hi,

With the current version, you would go to "My Orders" page to download the license file and then place it in your bin folder. However we can't really change/refund a license once the key has already been downloaded. If you can PM us with your order number, we will be happy to take a look and if the key has never been downloaded, we will be happy issue a new key for the dialog box at no cost to you.
