nullreference error Options

I've tried different ways to reproduce the error below but they doesn't seem to be working. If I upgrade, do I need to make any change(s) to my application? What if the error persist after I upgrade? I'll appreciate any suggestion.

Hi,

The new version is backwards compatible but if you already have a license, you will want to check whether your current license covers this new version. In that case you will want to access "My Orders" page to access your license key. If your order covers the new version, then you should be able to download a new license key for the new version.

Ideally we would need you to reproduce the problem in order to work on it. A lot of times the error was caused by unknown bots/spiders because they use strange/improvised agent string. In those case there is simply no need to address this issue. If your user did experience such error, any information about what they were doing might be helpful. The bottom line is without being able to reproduce it, there is almost no chance for us to address it, not to mention verifying the fix.
