A couple of years ago I created a report that used the EO.Pdf using the ColumnCount property, HeaderHtmlFormat and FooterHtmlFormat. The pdf that was generated at that time was as desired, with the specified header and footer spanning the entire width of the page, and the body in columns.

Since that time we have upgraded our version of EO.Pdf and we are currently using 16.1.54.0. Unfortunately, the header and footer now seem be limited to the left side of the page, in the width allowed for the first column.

Was this a intentional change in behaviour in the newer versions of EO.Pdf? If so, is there a way to force the header & footer to span the entire width of the page?

Thanks
