error while adding EO Web Controls to the toolbox Options

Hi.
I just downloaded and installed EO Web Controls 2007.2. I have Visual Studio 2002 and tried to add the web controls to the toolbox. I opened Tools | Customize Toolboox and selected the .NET Framework Components Tab. I browsed to the EO.web.dll (in the Net11 folder) and tried to add it. I got the following error "There are no components in 'C:\Program Files\Essential Objects\EO.Web Controls 2007.2\Net11\EO.Web.dll' that can be placed on the toolbox.

Do the EO Web controls work with VS 2002? If yes, I would appreciate any help in resolving this issue.

Hi,

You will need at least VS 2003. VS 2002 only supports .NET 1.0, and our controls are built with .NET 1.1 and 2.0. So it won't run on VS 2002.
