We are using EO.WebBrowser.WebView control in VSTO add-in (Microsoft Word Add-in). We used EO.WebBrowser.WebView to load the application into Task Pane of the add-in.

We are facing multiple issues with Windows 10 - 1709 build. The task pane failed to load as the browser starts loading. It throws an error "bad_module_info has stopped working". We further investigated on the machine. The machine has Antivirus but it is not blocking the application or nothing logged in to antivirus report.

We created a new build using eowp enabled which creates eowp.exe using Runtime.InitWorkerProcessExecutable method. This build started working but intermittently it is throwing an error "The instruction at 0x00000000000(some addition number) referenced memory at (again the number). The memory could not read. Click on Ok to terminate the program.", if the user clicks OK, sometimes browser loads or some time it fails with Runtime exception.

After further exploration of bad_module_info error, we found that this error occurred most of the gaming-related applications on Windows 10. Then we created build by disabling GPU, but that didn't help. It failed again with bad_module_info error.

We are using 19.1.25.0 build. The browser loads some time if we run the compatibility troubleshooter and use Windows XP (service pack 3) as setting for EOWP.exe

Please let me know how we can fix it.
