We are a current EO customer who is using your controls for our internal web pages. Recently however we have discovered a possible project for someone where we would need to redistribute your product as part of our package and we were wondering if this was covered under our existing license or would we need to just have our customer purchase another license for their site.

Hi Tyler,
Thanks for posting in the forum. It depends on whether they will be using our product as a developer. If they would just take the project and put it on their server and run it, then they do not need a license. (In that case, you are also required to take reasonable measures to prevent our controls are being re-used outside of your project). If they are also developers and would continue to develop the project then they will need their own license.

Initially I think they would just run it however long term they may make changes so it sounds like having them purchase an additional copy is the best way to go. Given your very reasonable pricing too it should not be an issue. Thanks for the reply.
