Drawing new AcmContent over existing fields is drawn behind Options

Hi ,
I'm using EO.PDF trying to draw new AcmCheckBox over an existing pdffield but it is being rendered behind it.
Is there a way to make the new Acm controls stack over or appear over an existing pdffield like using a z-index property in html?
