Dear EO support,
I am having exception "Failed to start image manager" when converting html to pdf.
I am using EO 2020 version. Kindly advise.

Thanks for your advise, If we do whitelist for AntiVirus application. Kindly advise where to do set up for whitelist. Or if we need to provide to disable AntiVirus only our application, then which path should I provide to security Team?

Hi, You can use this method to explicitly set eowp.exe's path: https://www.essentialobjects.com/doc/eo.base.runtime.initworkerprocessexecutable.aspxThen provide whatever path you set to your security team. Thanks!
