Hi,
The eowp that comes with essential objects is 32bit and we often get ChildProcessOutOfMemoryExceptio, while the same page works on chrome without any problems.
Can you please ship a 64bit eowp.exe?

Hi,

Currently we do not have a 64 bit version available. However we have already implemented 64 bit support internally and will probably switch to 64 bit in our next release cycle (starting later this year). Once we switch to 64 bit mode, 32 bit Windows will no longer be supported.

Thanks!

Hi,

Our next release cycle is for the year of 2022. We typically start the new cycle around year end. So most likely the first 2022 build can be out in December. However if you are willing to try pre-release builds, we should be able to provide you one late March/early April.

Thanks!

No problem. We will put this on our list and let you know as soon as we have a test build available for you.

I would be interested in testing 64bit version of eowp.exe as well. Please notify me when you have a test build ready for testing. Thank you.

Hi,

This is just to let you know that we have posted the x64 build on our download page. Please take a look and let us know how it goes.

Thanks!

Thank you for the 64bit build. I downloaded and did a quick run and see that the worker processes (eowp.exe) are running as 32bit...I was expecting these processes to run as 64bit. Please let me know if there is an EO setting required to have these processes run as 64bit. Thank you

Hi,

You must have mixed up the 32 bit and 64 bit version. The sole purpose of the 64 bit version is to run eowp.exe in 64 bit mode. It won't run eowp.exe in 32 bit mode.

Thanks!

Yes...I had downloaded and installed the 64bit version BUT, in my haste in testing a project, I just updated the existing NUGET package to the new version which is 32 bit. Thanks

The nuget version is still 32 bit since the 64 bit version is only for selected customers who are interested, while the 32 bit version is the "main" version now. However going forward the 64 bit version will become the "main" version and the 32 bit version will gradually phase out.
